Cancellation conditions vary by event and organizer. For events that allow cancellation up to 48 or 24 hours before, you may receive a refund as a promo code. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

How do I find events suitable for my child's age group?

You can use the filtering options on the Events page to select your child's age range, interests, and location to list the most suitable events.

Is it paid to become a partner?

No, registering as a partner is free. A service fee is only deducted from sold tickets and online classes at rates determined in the agreement.

Can I make payments securely?

Absolutely. Bulbi uses payment infrastructures compliant with international security standards (PCI-DSS). Your card details are not stored on our systems, and all transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
